1. Service Agreement

By placing a service request with RepairKro, you authorize our technicians to perform diagnostics and repairs on your devices. We reserve the right to decline any request if deemed unsafe or unreasonable.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time.

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a service charge.

3. Warranty

• We offer a limited warranty on select repairs and replaced parts (usually up to 30–90 days depending on service type).

• Warranty is void if the product is tampered with by a third party or damaged due to misuse.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via UPI, cash, cards, or online transfers.

• Full payment is due immediately after service completion.

• Any service call without repair is subject to a nominal visiting charge.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure accurate information during booking.

• Access to the product and a safe working environment must be provided.

• For data-sensitive devices, customers are responsible for data backup.

6. Limitation of Liability

RepairKro will not be held liable for:

• Any loss of data before, during, or after repairs.

• Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services.
